WHAT IS CO-LIVING?

Co-living is shared housing. It affords people on a limited/fixed income (like Supplemental Security Income or Social Security Disability Insurance) to live and enjoy access to all the amenities of a middle class home.


Residents are paying a flat rate for private or semi-private rooms, and there are many amenities included in the cost of the rent.

  • Durable medical equipment

  • Case management

STEPS TO CONNECT YOUR DEPENDENT OR CLIENT WITH SAFE, AFFORDABLE CO-LIVING

1. DETERMINE INCOME STABILITY

Determine if your client or dependent has a stable source of income from SSI, SSDI, or another source that can be used for housing.

2. HAVE YOUR CLIENT GIVE US A CALL

We perform a brief phone screening, then invite your client into our home.
